I called last week and received prompt responses to my inquires regarding current company activities (e.g. continuous operation of the Charleston plant, sale of product, marketing initiatives, etc.).

Agree, the web site needs some updating.

I too have usually had success in either calling and leaving a message for Paul or Bill, or calling early in the morning or later in afternoon when either of them happen to be in the office. They have usually been very responsive when they are in town.
