I don't have a problem with the insider selling. It's not that much for one thing.

I'd have to go back to my original sources, but the following numbers are at least similar: The company founder owns 35% of the stock and the Number 2 ranking officer owns 17% or so. In any case, combined, the founder and president, and the next guy down owned over half the stock a couple of months ago. Then there were the directors, etc., who also owned a bunch. If they rode their shares up from $2, they deserve some "play money" at $14. You can't take it with you, and as I recall, the president/founer is 70 or so. Good for him.

Again, all numbers are approximate.
