I imagine it's a lot like the above- a lot of the "violations" have to do with non-violent immigration violations- and, of course, you can gin those numbers up by arresting lots of kids and their parents.

The Washington Times link doesn't give us a source we can check. Since it has a long history of lying, it needs to be ignored. Btw, 9 out of 10 times, a link from the Washington Times takes you to another article on the Times so it's an endless feedback loop of lies on top of lies.

Instead of going into an endless loop of lies, find a real news source.
