This expansion into the Gulf of Mexico, is exactly what I was hoping for. The oil service's best future outlook definitely lies offshore. A joint venture could make all of this plausible within a short timeframe vs. trying to break into that area alone. Again, I see that management is living up to its word and finding the right niches for future profitability. I've been in this stock for almost a year now and am starting to see the payoff. Long on WRN. ;>)

Escrow transfer Westrend Natural Gas Inc WRN Shares issued 18,885,569 Jan 13 close $0.58 Wed 14 Jan 98 Miscellaneous The VSE has consented to the transfer within escrow of 1,500,000 shares of the company from Richard May to Delos McManus. Does anyone know who these people are? Harvey
