The Bible calls gay sex sinful. That's just a fact. Doesn't have to be based on hate. I had two cousins who turned out to be gay, didn't hate them. My church's minister was the son of a preacher and his brother died of AIDS. The family was very troubled, but they didn't hate him.

One of the gay cousins I mentioned died of cancer and my religious parents cared for him as he died.
