Dear Jeff Kosarin,

I agree with you that improving customer services are benefical for a company, but why should upgrades which impair current daily operations be acceptable? In fact, upgrades should have NO impact on day-to-day operations.

Here's a hypothetical case that parallels Datek's current situation.

Let assume for a moment that the massive power outage in the Northeastern states, and in Canada was not of natural causes, but because some electrical company had "... completed a number of upgrades...", but had "... run into a few delays...".

A company's spoksman says that everything will be ok, and that electric service with the new system will be far superior.

Is this reason enough for millions to accept their current predicament? Why would you accept it?

As for my wire, Datek is still stumbling over it.

Bernard

Jeff, please give us more specifics about these upcoming features. I'm sure we're all salivating over the prospect of check writing privileges. When will you be debuting this service?
