Yes, between the top salaries and the TheraCour payments the salaried principals have taken a lot of cash away from the company. One would have thought that a person working his entire life to prove his passion would scale back his load on the finances to extend the possible life of the enterprise.

What scenarios could possibly account for his behavior? He may have truly believed that another round of financing was easily obtained. The problem is that the dissolution at the current SP will be severe. Perhaps they could never imagine the drop we have experienced.

Another possibility is that Diwan has sequestered the money he has taken out of the company and that HE could be NNVC's financier. If he takes his accumulated wealth and doubles down on his investment he could issue himself more stock and pay for it to refund NNVC until we get movement on a product. After all, cash he puts in just flows back to him again through salaries and TheraCour payments. We still experience a hit but we are not left out in the cold. Will he take the risk?

Thank you for the reasonable dialogue.
