Explain why it is necessary to get rid of Obamacare first. The Republicans had an opportunity to replace the ACA and came up with nothing. You are so naive. The Republicans had 8 years to come up with a better program and they came up with nothing. The fact you believe Trump about anything shows how little you understand.
