Do we know anything about a new CEO?

What impact will a new person have on the situation?

Anyone coming in with any experience would have to set conditions before accepting an offer. If you are hiring someone for a great position then you dictate the parameters. If you are hiring someone to pull you up out of the mud then the new hire has a lot to say about how the position relates to the dynamics of the situation. A new person in this instance would have to demand control over certain policies and get assurances on the direction the company wants him to take.

When you hire a coach the interview is about what he would do with YOUR team, not what he knows about teams in your sport.
