Changing your system colors affects various programs differently, so I don't know about your version of Outlook, but I am hoping to get some feedback on my Windows 10 color theme. Trying it will answer your question. The color tool can be used for Windows 7/ 8/10, but my color theme is only for Win-10. It is possible, but I'm not sure if double clicking on my theme from your download folder will load it or if it has to be copied into your Themes folder. For anyone that tries my theme, be sure to save your current theme first if you haven't already. Download link for my Win-10 color theme.
