Obamacare has been Trumpcare since he took office. Problems - call or write Trump, Obama's OUT.

It just isn’t politically possible to lay out details this far ahead of time. When Obamacare is gone perhaps congressional Democrats will be willing to negotiate. Pelosi and Schumer are going to have to decide whether they want to have a stake or just try to obstruct leaving nothing.

I don’t know how the void is filled by a system that is unable to produce anywhere near the money required.

The system is complex but it does not take years to codify where it needs to go.

Trump is fully capable of pulling the necessary people together to create a functioning system that controls costs while improving care.

I don’t know the solution but I know what we now have is not it.

Keep in mind the current system was thrown together in days.

I think a 30-60 day timeframe is more than adequate to design a functioning system that eliminates the essential problems in EHR although to so solve the accounting system problems will take longer.
