Friggin rocks. I was out in Canyonlands riding, just be-boppin' along enjoying the scenery minding my business. Descending in a turn and i hit a rock. It turned the front wheel and over the handlebars I went and did a full face plant. When i finally got my wits back and stood up my two front teeth hurt like hell. If I had been a little faster and hit a little harder...I would have knocked them out. Oh, i had no helmet on, of course. It's great you had a way to pull yours out of the ditch.
