Your point is well taken, in general- however, insiders aren't selling, and haven't for at least the past three months (according to the data accessed at insidertrader.com -corrections welcomed). Of course you might reply they haven't yet, to which I respond of course they will sell some day, but the point is that they weren't selling at the logical time, i.e. when the stock was clearly overvalued in the $40s, and so I think it rather improbable that they would be engaged in gross manipulation by using company proceeds to raise the price to unload into. Highly doubtful. Your move. :-)
