The whole essence of why "free trade" is never free. Canada can then claim the US is subsidizing their milk production and impose a tariff ..............and on and on.

Dean Foods just canceled milk contracts in numerous states. Suicide prevention notes are attached to their last checks. The US is unable to adapt so it falls further and further behind the rest of the world. We need a functioning Congress again.
