Yes, it looks like you are right on. SK also has a vibrant democracy.

They are close enough to be considered and would be a nice addition as they are in asia.

Next year, Calif should make Jerry Brown our ambassador to the G-7, and apply for membership. It's not right for the world's 5th largest economy to be kept out of this.
