I do not currently own the stock.
Yes I knew Novell had a rep on the Street for not caring about shareholder value. But since I bought the stock we are on our 3rd CEO (or is it our 5th if you count Marengi and Young!).

Why did I buy then? I simply couldn't believe they would make every possible mistake as MSFT moved in on them. I thought it was over when Noorda left. I thought the fellow from HP was doing a good job preping the company for a takeover/merger. Then the BOD (same one by the way) fired him and truned to MArengi. What a disaster. Then I thought the stock couldn't go any lower. Then I thought they couldn't resist selling the company. Of course they resisted. Then we issued out White Paper.

Read the White Paper and you will knmow why I do not own this stock.
