Wonder how good the rental management is and concerns about currency exchange come to mind.

We now have oversupplied high end apartment market in our biggest global gateway cities with many new condo units now turning into rentals. Projecting the high rents in recent years with high 95% occupancy probably a losing battle going forward in this segment IMHO. Your link didn't work for me btw.
