<<With the way the company is performing from an earnings standpoint, with the industry as a whole on such a roll, with a pending NASDAQ listing (which I do not believe is built into the stock price), why dump so many shares? It can't be an accident that we haven't seen $14 per share on this stock for some time now. >>

Mark,

This stock and most other small caps stock will fall on light volume...which has been the case for some time...not to mention some insider selling. But in the bigger scheme of things, perhaps we haven't seen a rise in MTIC and other fundamentally strong stocks because the money flow into the market hasn't created buying pressure. Econ--the law of supply and demand. CNBC reported a couple days ago that net money flowing into securities during the first week of June was $917 million dollars vs. $8.9 billion one year ago. That, in my opinion, is why this stock and others are drifting lower. Only when the facts are present--NASDAQ listing completed, positive earnings, etc....will we see MTIC rise again. Until then, the minor insider sales don't worry me. Just my opinion.
