You don't swear out a depo on someone. That term doesn't make sense.

The deposition was part of the discovery for their divorce suit. And there is no evidence she said anything about abuse. Instead of talking BS, go find a copy of the deposition and point out where she claimed abuse. Short of that, give it up. You are just lying.
