Brent, You state: ".....the stock has come down so much and probably has more to go." I believe the activity over the past couple of days is just the start of the recovery of the share price. As you say you so hold long positions in stock, Presstek may be prime for the taking at this level. Current ask, 25.75, +2. It will only take a company announcement with any teeth to it to propel the stock upwards at this time. I would never be short in this stock at this time.

You state: "Management misled you and they are still running the company. Could they be misleading you as we speak? I know that is what institutional investors are thinking."

I assure you Brent, you and many others have not looked into what I believe were the details of the companies expectation at that time in regards to the claims of investors being misled......I believe that management knew that Heidelberg would soon be increasing orders substantially when the needed adjustment to technology were completed that caused delays in shipment of kits as Presstek had the solution to the problem and were correcting it......it was only a matter of time before production then ramped up to increase orders from the 15 per month all the up to the 80 per month number. As far as management misleading shareholders "at this time"......After all of the exposure regarding the SEC and the unsettled shareholder suit, any chance of currently being misled by management are simply nothing but pipedreams by the bears. This company has gained huge support from the industry and has been announcing new ventures.

Your claim that: "I know that is what institutional investors are thinking." regarding "management misleading investors" is very irresponsible and indicates you have been in touch with mutual fund managers and their investment advisors. Some food for thought......This is exactly the kind of irresponsible position that allowed Presstek to pursue the short sellers you mentioned that posted prior incorrect information.
