Yeah, and revved it up even MORE under Trump, developing and testing an H-Bomb, and ICBMs with the range to cover the USA. Neither of which Kim had when Obama was President. So I guess Trump gets the blame...

The world condition is not good when nuclear holocaust is being threatened by an irresponsible regime. I trust you would agree with that. I would. In Obama's last year, NK conducted 20 ballistic missile tests, and had repeatedly threatened to attack the US mainland. Sure, but I don't get how that is responsive to my question, which was "where's the beef." You're apparently expecting me to fill in your elision but, if I knew what with, I wouldn't have had to ask the question. We have a meeting that established a diplomatic relationship between NK and the US and a promise to further engagement on the subject of nuclear disarmament. Cool. Leading up to the meeting and in anticipation of it, the parties had stopped threatening to zap each other. Also cool. Now, all that has some promise but yet less reliable durability than an Obama executive order. Hence my question about beef, which you did not answer, best I can tell. That was the condition Barack Obama left the world in. It's all in the timing. Kim quit testing once he had completed his program. It was not complete at the end of the Obama administration nor early into the Trump administration. It wasn't complete until it was. And once it was, Kim's status changed critically. The occupant of the WH was irrelevant. It was the timing. When the time came, how the US proceeded was a function of the extant president. Previously, not so much.
