DC - well written piece. What I don't understand is how could this have gone one so long. As I've mentioned, I've been in this stock for over 10 years, but I'm new to the board here-just a few months. I didn't really spend time on these sites. Finally I took a look here at I find it very interesting how the opinions can run so extreme here. With most stocks, a bull or bear can take either side and have a good argument.

But this one is just so obviously a shell game thats been going on for so many years. It almost seems like a ponzi scheme. They need more money, they sell more stock. The stock price goes down. They raise more cash. Repeat. And its all done on promises. Year after year just hoping to bring new people in. They have slick videos produced that are enticing. The planes, trains and automobiles......and don't forget the ships!. The videos are super cool. And you know what? All of the products we are shown on those videos are being sold and bought. Many of them. Lots of MBs, planes, ships and trains. The problem is, rarely are these products sold with spd. Aside from MB, where REFR can make a whole $15 bucks or so each time they sell one, so the volume of those is higher. But how many super luxury ships, or bullet trains are being sold? Think about it. Most are slick prototypes-who knows if they ever really sold any. They don't share anything about quantity....ever. All other companies provide statistics, facts, # of units sold, $ accounted for. Not here? How do they get away with this? Has Joe been given permission to use a different accounting method?

I've been taken. I'll be the first to admit. But it was a good lesson. Think twice, maybe 3-4 times before getting into any stock.

I wish I could bring Joe up on charges-there has to be something going on here.

Dixon-don't even begin to say I'm short. Never have been, but should have been. I've lost a ton of money here-I would think way more than most on this board. I hope so any way for everyone's sake. Its a big number and I'm embarrassed to even mention the $ figure. I've always been an investor and long in this company.

As I asked before and will ask again. Aside from prototypes-how many of all of these wonderful products are being sold and bought?

But keep posting those short stats everyday. They are a waste of time and meaningless. I wish I could have been one of those smart shorts.
