Fenton, Once again your stupidity rises to the top. Stock fell from 70 to 30 because revenue growth rate is declining. 130% was unsustainable. Growing from 1 to 2 units is 100%, but growing from 2 to 3 units is only 50%. When you start from a low level growth is much faster. However, growth, according to CEO, will be at least 30% per year (7% sequentially). That means that JBIL's 1998 pe (17) is now is below its growth rate.

JBIL's per unit SALES price will fall most likely. However, have you ever heard of economies of scale. The more you produce the lower your perunit COSTS will be. JBIL is selling everything it can produce, hence the expansion. Also, costs of production in Malaysia will be much lower than planned due to the devaluation of the Ringit.

No, I don't think the REIT's are concerned. They are probably happy to have JBIL as a customer with nearly $40 million in the bank. I don't understand what you mean about the reloaction/exansion stuff. These are new plants and JBIL never closed any old plants so it is expansion.

Come on, the business is healthy and company is making a lot of money.
0.16, 0.17 0.17 0.18 0.24 0.29 0.38 0.49 - those are earning per share
for last 8 quarters. The list of customers and revenue is growing.
Wall Street predicts 20% growth for the group.

Stop your dirty tricks by hinting that the company will be out of business soon
("Do you think that the REITs that own buildings JBIL leases feel comfortable right now?")

Or create another thread for loosers trying to scare people.

Fenton,

I know your discussion hasn't moved the stock. Thats not the point. To answer your other questions, JBIL is down for the same reason virtually all tech stock are (many > % than JBIL), and that's uncertainty with regards to the Asian economic problems. I Did. They are. It is. Increase. They do. Very comfortable. All expansions. No, only fairys Fenton.
