Some of them did our of duress. They knew if they didn't, the Republicans would best them over the head
Give me a break. They voted for it because they saw which way the wind was blowing at the time and put their reelection over their principals. Always. Just like republicans. That is what politicians do.

I misspoke. Politicians do not have principals they have only self interest.
