You are talking like an isolationist Wharf. We need allies more than we ever have. And Trump and the Republicans are destroying our allies trust in us.

This will result in their hesitancy to share valuable intelligence information with us for fear it may get into enemies hands.

And we help them, so when the times comes they help us. And they means things like pushing back on Chinese and Russian hegemony that weakens our allies, or puts them in danger.
