Hm. Lets see. They are as big, if not bigger, than anything but a Nimitz or a Ford. They have a flight deck that is the same. No catapult, though. But CATOBAR is rare on anything but the US ships. They can field Ospreys and Harriers. And can handle the F-35B. In fact, The USS America underwent some modifications specifically to handle the F-35B. In addition, Japan and South Korea are seriously considering the F-35B for their very similar ships. They don't call them carriers either, but... And China is pitching a fit over that possibility.
