If one wanted to drive the price down could he/she sell 11K shares at the market "all or none" "at the close", or is that a nonsensical order combination? It does seem a bit suspicious...but I don't know what the value of the shares is today, and I don't think the market does either (as evidenced by the rapid descent from $1.40 to below $0.40 on essentially no news). I will admit that the $1.40 price probably anticipated some demonstrated progress beyond just making contracts to do more research with essentially no money.
