To some degree, I also think it indicates that sellers and shorters are not confident that deep pockets will not snap up any shares they attempt to sell.

We are seeing the development of a reasonably solid base from which, baring unforeseen circumstances, there should be a slow but steady appreciation up to the early March PDC in Toronto and/or drilling activity which ever comes first.
