Hi Christine, I think that you meant Orbital Engines. It is languishing between 3 and 4 until some big contract comes up I think. It is interesting that Value Line has consistently given it a good rating and recomendation all the way down from 25 or so. I know how you feel about Ballard. I once held Dell at $3 for about 4 months, and sold at a slight loss because it wouldn't move. Ballard is overvalued in my opinion, as it's technology is still about 10 years away from being practical.
