I don't think any big investors is dumping little by little. Don't let
your anxiety get the best of you. Perhaps a call to Sapiens IR dept.
to clear your concern might help. Let us all know what they say.

The price decline I have seen now on several low cap stocks, at this
price range. So, to me its a sector symptom not a particular stock
symptom. Little investors might be selling to go to bonds or such due
to worries in ASIA. SPNSF, could not possibly be immuned to this. Even
the big guys like, INTC, CSCO, GE, MSFT, DELL, and others are experiencing the volitility that we are. Except at our price range of
$7 - $8 its more pronounced on the stock. The gains/losses on the price are greater here and that is the way I like it. With a $50 to $100 stock it takes a major market or co. news to move it at the percentage we see here.

Hang in there and you will do fine.

P.S. My crystal ball is seeing $8 by Friday. Lets keep our finger crossed.
