Sunny, Are you setting me up to blatantly plug ASYT's new products? On page 4 of Asyst's annual report in the letter to the shareholders is the statement: "In response, Asyst has developed the SMIF-300 series. Leveraging our more than 13 years of tool integration and minienvironment expertise, along with today's 300mm standards for "front opening unified pods", this comprehensive product family is expected to deliver manufacturing advantages to both early and mainstream IC manufacturers." The shorter answer is, Yes, ASYT got a win for for the 300mm pilot line. Ian.
