To all: I'm curious. What would the cost of a "highly profitable" $60 million company be? Why would they sell? Wouldn't it be more profitable to take it public? If they would sell, wouldn't a company bigger than FAMH be interested, and possibly offer a better price?

Where does Ira have millions of dollars laying around? I don't see them in the financials.

Farris this is going to sound somewhat sarcastic because it is, but when you stated "People need to read things more closely -- you hit the nail on the head Omni." re: the press release about Myriad I had to laugh to myself.

YOu guys are right about the "letter of intent" but excuse me or anyone else who MISUNDERSTOOD the headline which READS (and I quote) "Firamada Announces Acquisition"

I have a college degree from one of the best universities in the nation and I did pass reading. I dont know how I misunderstood it.

Thanks for the help though.
Mark
