I am in possesion of a photocopy of the letter of intent, courtesy of the FAMH press kit I obtained yesterday. Acouple of points to mak e to your Wayne to a previous poster mentioning $ 8 million. 1. The press kit mentions "in excess of $ 10 million" this year 2. In a reading of the LOI I did not see anything about nondisclosure. 3. The LOI requires that the parties agree on a price by 1/15/98. 4. Because of the 1/15 requirement I expect (and am requesting FAMH provide) a press release in the near future indicating price and terms. Rick
