Scott - I think the VGM industry has got to come out swinging. I don't know if today's price action has anything to do with the SC political situation or not and it really doesn't matter. Somebody has got to start asking the Governor exactly how he plans on replacing the revenue generated by video poker. Which programs will lose funding and by how much? VGM's are one of the biggest cash cows the great state of South Carolina has got. Somebody has got to hold Beasley's feet to the fire and make him explain how he is going manage the state's budget without those funds.

Scott, when is a deal likely to be cut? Are we looking at a fight that drags on for months, or is it likely to be resolved soon? I think any deal would be great for BNGO, since the market hates uncertainty.

Funny thing: I do too.

If you mean the Packers definitelly GO PACK GO, I am a 49ers fan but theyre gone and the stats say that if the NFL wins the superbowl 90% of the time the market is up!!!!!
Also true for ending up on Jan 31st from the first.

Of course we still need some good neews for Bingo, anyway!

Scott:

Wow....today's action in BNGO was definitely turbulent. Sorry to see two more shareholders abandon ship (Ted & Texdeejay). These price swings are nerve racking.

Would appreciate your thoughts. You were right on on the warrant call. What is your current view?

IMHO, at these prices (between $5 to $6) the risk/reward ratio is very favorable.

I'm still looking to see if we can repeat the "Monthly Cycle of 15% - 20% Gains" that was a trademark of this equity throughout most of 1997. For now, I'm willing to give BNGO the benefit of the doubt. I'd like to see some hard factual 4th quarter numbers before I write this puppy off.

However, I will state that my confidence in BNGO's management has definitely faltered after seeing their handling of the warrant fiasco. I won't hesitate to unload this equity should I see some real news that BNGO's growth is over.

THERE CAN BE ONLY ONE!!!

Off topic...what do you think about the Green Bay/Denver match up? Made money last week on both teams. The wife likes Denver (John Elway) and thinks this will be their year. Personally, I think Green Bay's defense is too strong (I know you agree). Green Bay (the NFC) will probably kick ass like every Super Bowl.
