It's a shame because Diwan could likely become a billionaire if he were just willing to give up management control and bring in the talent necessary to run this properly. Please inform this clueless sap that Diwan knows better than anyone whether or not he has something in hand more valuable than the few million left in NNVC's bank account. Diwan's decision to transfer the remaining money to his bank account via Theracour kind of reveals what he knows.

After reading both Dr. Boniuk's resignation note, and the NNVC corporate response to it - obviously there's a difference of opinion. I suspect that Dr. Boniuk's note is probably a lot more close to the mark than is the corporate response. It's a little more serious than that, you blind sap. Boniuk said Diwan and Wifey refused to provide key financial data to the Audit Committee regarding the Theracour charges. It is precisely those charges that the Diwans have used to compensate themselves with tens of millions of NNVC's dollars. Diwan and Wifey responded by telling the investing public that this is false, and that Boniuk is lying to serve his own agenda. Now, if you "suspect" Boniuk is telling the truth, then that necessarily means you suspect Diwan and Wifey are deliberately misleading the investing public. This is the definition of securities fraud. Fraud, that thing the company does every time it willfully misleads the investing public. And you're still talking as if this isn't a scam to make Diwan and Wifey multimillionaires? As if something might happen other than Diwan and Wifey emptying NNVC's bank account within a few months. . I might consider adding some shares if there were to be good news (for example - specific mention of a date when TOX is starting, or that there is enough of the test compound on hand to do all of that testing). ^ You have absolutely no grip on reality. I sincerely hope Diwan does "mention a date", and you're really that mind-numbingly stupid to buy more shares.

How is that 'amazing'? What's amazing is how you stuckholders sit their like mentally handicapped mouth-breathers, bagholding while the inevitable unfolds. In a few months, when NNVC announces their insolvency, you'll all stare at each other, like doe-eyed and perplexed autists. I am a NAM vet and DJT supporter. The Truth is Not Truth club. There ya go. All the mouth-breathers standing there with their mouths hanging open, like deers stunned by headlights, still hopeful even though this company is broke in less than three months from now. Don't believe the balance sheets, or pay any attention to any of the thousands of false or self-contradictory statements made by Diwan and Seymour over these last 13 years. Just because Diwan has made tens of millions of dollars through Theracour payments, and they haven't managed to even identify a lead after 14 years and $85M spent, doesn't mean this thing is a scam!
