I agree. I think I see his game.

He will keep the kids with the families, AND ZERO TOLERANCE, and build prison camps to house the families. Then after 20 days the courts will force him to separate the kids as they cannot be in prison more than 20 days and Trump can blame the courts!?

The zero tolerance is the key for him and he probably feels he can get away with that and use it to his end of separating the kids.

He will use the law to do his dirty work. I figured he would not give up and look for retribution and he will give it back to his opponents twofold.

There's significant evidence Trump is NOT backing down on this policy. Let's wait and see before we say he capitulated again. Granted, it buckles on every issue but let's wait a while longer.
