So each of the spoiled rotten kids winds up with a WebTV in their bedroom...plus we're not just talking about standard web browsing...presumably this hybrid technology will lead to "smart programming" integrated with pay-per-view stuff...let a million flowers bloom.

Shoes, if you honestly believe that a consumer is gonna go out and buy a Web box for each household memeber, then I got a bridge I can sell ya...

Seriously, if that were true, are we talking lets go spend $40k on some HDTVs for John and Missy, myself and the misses? C'mon! It is hard enough as it is to get consumers to buy a pc for over $1000!!

What the heck is "smart programming?" Pay-per-view? You mean, consumers are going to have to pay more on top of the costs already to subscribe to WebTV? Blasphemy you say! If "smart programming" is anything like cable pay-per-view, why bother.

As for a million flowers blooming...I'm guessing tulips.
