That's correct, and I mentioned that in my first post on the subject. I think I used AGE as my example since I do have an account there and can just drive the certs over there. I thought it relevant to ask the on-line companies because the locals are a given, and because I would expect that most of the on-line community who deal with penny stocks do so through discount on-line brokers.
