You left out all the local retail that has been done in by Amazon, HD, Staples, etc. My little town used to have three hardware/lumber stores, an Ag supply store, three grocery stores, half a dozen clothing/shoe stores, a sporting goods store, plus more and now has 1 grocery store, a single ACE hardware (no lumber outlets) no clothing, but it has picked up several thrift/junk stores. Even the Ag supply outlet folded, despite the town being mostly Ag. Walmarts, HD, etc have gone in to larger towns 15-40 miles away, and that has vacuumed up most retail other than grocery. But more to the point, half the Republicans, Trump included, lobby to import cheap labor for their businesses while telling the dupes they want to close the borders. Look at the Trump humpers on this board who can't figure that out.
