Bill,

You make a good point. I agree BANX should be concerned of loosing its investment in CAI (unless BANX is somehow protected). I also question just how much worst CAI would really be (if at all) given the BANX option is not exercized and the BR Agreement is reinstated with respect to each market with the exception of Boston, Pittsburgh, Albany, Syracuse and Buffalo.
