There is no point, guys. The prospectus allows them to sell their shares in the open market. Nowhere does it say that they have actually been sold. My guess is that by now, most have sold (unless of course they want to keep a piece of the next Time Warner), but that's only a guess. As for why some shares didn't get registered, it may be as simple as not being fully vested in their Four11 shares and thus being given restricted Yahoo shares.

I have no idea what it's going to take to burst this bubble, but it's not likely to be two month old news.
