Over the last 8 trading days we have seen a
mean volume of about 400K shares. If we divide
that by 4 (to account for NASDAQ doubling and
day trading) I would guess that we have had
sellers dumping approximately 1MM shares. I know
that the filing was for ~300K shares, so someone
has over 500K shares that they are dumping, or
5-10% of the total float. I don't think this can
go on for too much longer because filings would be
required.
