Obama.. the stand down former potus. He gave his DOJ a stand down order on Russian election meddling in July of 2016 as his insurance policy and gave his state dept the stand down order for the Benghazi attack to hide his feckless weak arse prior to the election. The entire Russia scheme is crumbling around obama and his burglars like white on rice.
