Need links showing Trump squelching it. I think it was always just a vague plan. Really just an idea, not even a plan. Obama never pursued it or even laid out any details.

Wow in that full article they reference that the Obama Administration apprehended 60000 Honduran children at the border in 2014. I don’t remember the media reporting onama locking up kids by the 60k but that’s probably why he started to think outside the box on a better way.
