The flip side of that coin is it can go up 25% on a moments notice. Witness this morning's 66% jump up to 98 cents from 59 cents. (although we all know that .59 was artificially induced). That had a lot to do with the unwinding of Friday's trade. But still, we've seen big jumps of 25% or more many times, some in the last few years. Hopefully there's some legitimate jumps in the near future.

Decades low short interest of 365K shares as of June 15, when the share price closed at $0.80. That's a decline of over 200K shares in two weeks as the share price stayed flat at the all time lows.
