The president has put it on congress and on the DHS to come up with a legal solution that deals with the massive influx.

I would say "good for him" but for the fact that it's his job. And that he probably had to be sedated, then wheedled into recognizing both the notion of due process and that "animals" are defined in it as US persons. We'll see what results.

There is no massive influx. The numbers have been decreasing for 20 years.
