Had the Republicans done their constitutional responsibility, Merrick Garland would have been in the Supreme court instead of Neil Gorsuch, who got the lowest confirmation votes of any SC candidate in US history and the American traitor republicans having to use the nuclear option... so all these 5-4 votes meaningless and unconstitutional garbage...

Locogringo, I'll never understand the "logic" of the liberal Supreme Court justices: Agreed, and right now I'm having some difficulty with Trump's logic on trade tariffs. I understand the rational and the theory and I trust his instincts way above Obama or the 535 money grabbers in Congress, I hope he proceeds with caution. Arrogance and self confidence can be destructive.
