Hostage taking:

To be clear, I am not suggesting Trump or Sessions would ever be prosecuted for the crime of hostage-taking in violation of 18USC1203(a), but, given Trump's and Sessions' own statements, it's hard to argue there's not probable cause to believe the elements of this crime are met.
