On June 27, 2013, the Senate passed the bill on 68-32 margin. The bill was not considered by United States House of Representatives and died in the 113th Congress. Right. Who controlled the House in the 113th Congress? Republicans. They are the reason that bill died. Blaming the Democrats for what the Republicans do is one of the things that makes them Banana Republicans. Party of personal responsibility my ass. They and people like you always find someone else to blame when y'all screw up. I know 6 year olds with a better sense of personal responsibility. It is like dealing with very young children. With guns and keys to the car. And a flamethrower. And hand grenades.
