As you say, there's a difference between the EU and NATO. I was specific in saying the EU, and it was econ matters I had in mind.

Trump is asking for the abolition of all tariffs between the US, Canada and the EU. Do you agree or disagree? If you disagree, I must assume it's because you believe it would give more benefit to the US.
Since absolute fairness is an impossible goal, why would you be against the US having a slight edge?
